Our story
Batam, Shelter and Tory are our family.
We’re Eugenia and Pedro, from Argentina. Batam came first: the son of Eugenia’s parents’ dogs. Then came Shelter, and with the two of them we moved to Germany. From there we came to Spain, where Tory joined us.
With every move, everything changed: the country, the language, the clinic, the vaccination schedule. The one thing that didn’t change was what matters: the time with them and everything they teach us. That’s why we built Chief of Sniff: so that vaccines, appointments and phone calls don’t take a single minute away from them. Or from you.

Why Chief exists
Every time we had to book an appointment, it meant forty minutes on the phone, on hold, sometimes in a language that wasn’t ours. Multiply that by three pets and it eats up your afternoons. Chief exists so those afternoons go back to being spent with them.
Where we are
