No. Chief lives in WhatsApp. Your number is your account, no passwords.

You send a photo of the vaccination card and Chief reads it: it understands cards in Spanish, Catalan, English, French or German, and knows that a combination vaccine covers several diseases. From that it works out when each one is due. The rest comes from your pet’s age and breed, where you live and what you tell Chief about their habits.

It asks you for two or three time slots that suit you (or uses the ones it already has saved). It calls or messages the provider through whichever channel they use, introducing itself as your assistant. It matches their availability with your slots; if nothing fits, it comes back to you with what’s available. It confirms the date, time, address and what to bring, and reminds you the day before and two hours before.

It comes back to you with what the provider offers and you decide. It never books anything you haven’t confirmed.

Yes. Chief talks to the clinic, groomer or walker you already use, by phone or WhatsApp. They don’t need to install anything or sign up.

It always introduces itself as the virtual assistant of the person who asked for the task.

Yes, up to 3, each from their own WhatsApp. Chief knows who’s who and lets the others know what’s been confirmed.

Any pet that goes to the clinic, the groomer or daycare: dogs, cats and others. Up to 4 per household.

No, and it doesn’t pretend to be. It answers questions about care, but it doesn’t diagnose. At any warning sign it sends you to the clinic, and if it’s urgent it helps you find emergency care nearby.

The first month is free and we don’t ask for a card to start. After that you pay by card through a secure link in the chat. You can cancel any time, with no minimum term, and we’ll send you the full record.

If you join the waitlist, you pay €9.99/month instead of €12.99 for as long as you keep your subscription. If you cancel, you lose it.

No. You pay for the services (clinic, grooming, walks) directly to each provider, as always.

We keep what’s needed to look after your pet: their profile, vaccination card and appointments, on servers in the European Union. We only use it to provide the service; we don’t sell it or share it for advertising. You can ask for a copy, or for us to delete everything, with one message. More in the privacy policy.

Yes. At the start of every call, Chief says that it is a virtual assistant and that the call is being recorded. Only our team listens to the recording, to check quality and sort out any issues, and it is deleted after 90 days. You see the full transcript of every call in your history, so you know exactly what was said.
