Privacy policy

In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
What data we process and why

When you join we also store the country of your number and the country you join from, to decide where to open first. The second is provided by our hosting provider based on your connection; we do not store your IP address.
We do not make automated decisions that affect you, and we do not build profiles for advertising.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data, until you unsubscribe or, at most, 12 months after the launch if you do not sign up for the service. The code derived from your IP address, 24 hours. After that we delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf, under contract, by these providers:
- Supabase (database), servers in Ireland (EU).
- Vercel (website hosting).
- Meta / WhatsApp (to send you the launch message).
- Google (Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process data in the United States. They do so with appropriate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@chiefofsniff.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
Minors
The waitlist is for people aged 14 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will say so here, with the date of the update.
