How it works
Reminds you, suggests a plan and sorts it out.
Chief is a personal assistant that lives in your WhatsApp. It isn’t another reminder app: when your pet is due something, it takes care of it from start to finish, with your OK.
Get started in a minute
- Message it “hello” on WhatsApp.
- Tell it your pet’s name and send a photo of the vaccination card.
- Done. Chief now knows what’s due and when.
1 · Reminds you well ahead
It reads the vaccination card, understands which vaccines your pet has had (including combination vaccines) and works out when each one is due. It adds whatever depends on their age, where you live and the time of year. It messages you with plenty of notice, never at the last minute.
2 · Suggests what to do
Every reminder comes with the next step ready: “Shall I book an appointment at Clínica del Parque?”. You reply “yes”, “another day” or “already done”. If afternoons suit you better, tell it once and it remembers.
3 · Calls or messages and comes back with it booked
It contacts the provider through whichever channel they use (phone or WhatsApp), introduces itself as your assistant, matches their availability with your time slots and confirms the date, time, address and what to bring. If nothing fits, it comes back to you with the options. It never books anything without your OK.
Who it talks to
Veterinary clinic
Check-ups, vaccines, deworming, specialists. It explains the reason so you get the right amount of time.
Groomer
Bath, cut, nails. It knows how often your pet needs it.
Walker and trainer
It cancels, moves or adds a walk or a class.
Daycare
It books stays and first checks that the vaccines they ask for are up to date.
What it keeps in mind for you
Vaccines and deworming; medication, dose by dose; a puppy’s first year; what each season brings where you live: processionary caterpillars, heat, Sant Joan firecrackers (fireworks night, 23 June) and New Year’s Eve; and the yearly things: insurance, microchip, dental check, their birthday. Without overwhelming you: seasonal reminders come once a week at most.
In your language
Write in Castellano, Català, English, Français, Deutsch, Italiano or Português. Chief speaks to the clinic in Spanish or Catalan and tells you what they said in your language.
For the whole household
Up to 3 people, each from their own WhatsApp. If one confirms an appointment, the others find out.
What it doesn’t do
It isn’t a veterinary service and it doesn’t diagnose. At any warning sign it sends you to your clinic. It doesn’t pay for anything on your behalf either: you pay each provider directly for their services.
